She was the same age as I was (35) and she started out about the same weight (she was 261, I was 270). I am now down to what she was at the finale (132). I want to emphasize the importance of the exercise. That's really the golden ticket! I was always eating healthy from the beginning of my life change but my metabolism really kicked into gear and I saw the most amazing results over the summer when I was literally running my booty off in the Louisiana heat! Workout even if you're tired. Workout even when you're busy. Workout even when you don't want to. NEVER skip more than one day. It's sooo much harder to get back on that horse once you've stopped. <br />My Fitness Pal was also the key! Logging EVERY BITE was crucial. <br />Amazing blog C!
